Receipt Notice

My company filed for a LCA substitute and lawyer sent the package(140+485+EAD+AP) to VSC on 04/13/2005. I still have not received the rcpt notice. How long does it take to get the rcpt notice? Which one gets the approval first? is it I140 or EAD?
 
Never mind...I got my receipt notice.
