Receipt notice and misspelling!!

hi guys,
i got my receiptnotices today. the one my wife got for I 130 has me as benefiiary but they my first name (one letter) is mis spelled...is it just a typo before they send the mail?or should i be concerned.? i checked other receipt notices have correct name though.thanks a lot..

Dont worry. My last name too was mis-spelt on the I-130 receipt notice. My wife had to call USCIS and let them know about this error. Also, we notified the officer during the interview regarding this error and I was told this is no big deal and he corrected it.

so should i have my wife just call them? would they update that over the phone?? or shoud i not do anything right now/....please advice...thanks

Yes, have your wife call USCIS so they have a record of your attempt to correct their mistake. You should also look at the copy of I-130 you sent to make sure it is not your mistake.
