Receipt, Help!

My lawyer filed traditional LC end of last year. I only got a copy of the papers she filed. No receipt from her.

Please tell me what a traditinonal LC receipt looks like?

it looks like :
On the top state department header( SESA)
left side your file number
date

attorney address

Re: Application for foreign labor certification
Employer: employer name
Foreign worker : your name

Dear Mr. Attorney Name

this is to acknowledge receipt of the application for froeign labor certification .
the priority date is mm/dd/yyyy.
