receipt for 485

I mailed out my package 130, 485, 765 and 131, but only got receipts for 130, 765 and 131. Can anybody let me know if this is normal? does 485 receipt come later than others?

on part 3 of 485 the questions <have you ever applied for permanent residence status> I answered yes and indicated a 140 was filed on 9/11 and it is still pending (no 485 was filed). Now I am thinkign maybe I answered it wrong. Is it asking if I have applied 485? should I have said no for that quesitons?

You might have missed some required document, or filed out the form incorectlly or something, which will make them send you a RFE on Form I 485, and then on receipt of that document, they will send you a receipt number and proceed with the case... I tell you I have had like 3 REF's alrady on I 485 and its not even funn anymore it just keeps delaying my case, but well what can I do at least they let me know what they need a head of time instead of just wiying for the last minute info.
u can call them if you are really woried and speak to an IO.

Look who's back in town for a day or two, and still no timeline. How have you been, to busy at school to miss all the drama around here.

3 RFE's?

OP, since you have the other NOA's, try calling them and since you already have case numbers, they may be able to tell you.

Note: I had read back in the days that (VERY) few people had their NOA's separately. Personally mine came all together.

yes 3 good REFs just on 1 485, and very silly ones too...lol..
well code 3 FP is commng up late next week, lest hope and pray that that sums up the deal...lol..

thanks. i called and they told me to wait until 90 days. I think I made the mistake when I answered that I have applied for permanence residence status before since I never filed any 485 forms. cross my finger and waiting for the evidence request.

thanks a lot. I luckily guessed my 485 receipt number correct (two number away from other three numbers) and was able to view the online status. It says they mailed out a receipt notice on 485 on the same day as others, so maybe it will come this week.

Interestingly, my casked check numer was MSC*******5 for 485 and MSC*******4 for 130 and receipt numbers are **6 for 485, **8 for 130, **9for 765 and **0 for 131.
