Receipt Dated Nov 29th 2002

hi,
my receipt is dated Nov 29th 2002 for H1-H1 transfer. CSC
I know it is taking a long time for H1 transfer approvals.


I have not yet received mine.


Anybody in a similar situation ???

U should ask your attorney to call CSC service center. I think they are processing Jan cases now.

I will higly suggest you to check with you attroney because BCIS is now taking january cases .
