Receipt Date vs. Current Process date

A general question for 485 guru:

The current process date is supposed to against 485's receipt date. am I right?

If so, current process date is 8/21/01, and the receipt date is 8/22/01, so does it mean one needs to wait for next process date update to contact congressman for inquiry?


Receipt date: 8/22/01
ND: 9/27/01
FP: 5/16/03
AP: not yet
 
You need to wait for 30 days after they publish that they are doing 8/22/01

But my guess is you will be approved before that unless they have lost your file.

I am very hopeful that you will be approved very soon.
