My 7th year H1 extn expired on 20 Sept 2006. The receipt date on the I129 extn is mentioned as 27th Sep 2006. My employer says that he had filed the H1 entension on 7th Sep 2006, but i have no idea if he really did.
Will the receipt date ( generated after the H1 expiry ) case any problems for the extn ?
