Is there anyone out there whose I485 receipt date is Jan 2002 or prior and still waiting for greencard approval. If yes, are you planning to take any action to get your application processed. Did you get your second finger print notice. Can I request for the 2nd finger print as my first one (given in June 2002) should have expired by now. If yes, how do I request it. Thank You Very Much.

Call the customer service and talk to 2nd level support.
I called them on 2feb04 for 485 approval & 3rd EAD, but never asked for 2nd FP. In the conversation he mentioned my fp results expired and I have to go again. I asked when, he said I will receive a letter in mail. I got mail on 9feb02 for 27mar04 @ newark.
You never know, try calling them...some good things may happen. You case is pending for a long time as well.
