Receipt date for concurrent I-485

I e-filed my NIW I-140 on 7/27. I mailed the application a week later and USCIS received the I-140 documents and concurrent I-485, I-765 on 8/6/07. Will USCIS consider 7/27 or 8/06 as the receipt date for my I-485 and I-765?

the e-filing date is the priority date

What you should care about is the priority date of your I-140 application case, not the receipt date. Because the priority date will determine your case processing progress at the USCIS Service Center and the immigrant visa availbility.

USCIS has announced in its FAQ that the e-filing date is the priority date. In your case, the priority date is the date when the I-140 petition is e-filed, not the date that USCIS received your I-140 documents and concurrent I-485/I-765.

Indeed, the priority date for the I-140 will be the date you e-filed it.

However, the receipt date of the I-485 and other I-s you sent a week later will be the postmark date of the forms. It makes sense as the fee to pay or, recently, the right to file (!) are determined by the postmark date ...
