My 485 reciept date is 01/28/2000. Have not received my finger printing yet. any way to find out where my case is?

Call INS at 802-527-4913. Talk to an immigration information officer. The automated system will not be able to give any detail. Call between 8:00am and 4:00pm (Eastern). You will be frustated to get through as you will continually hear busy signal. But do not give up. Hang up and try again until you get through.
