rece'd FP and getting married soon.. Should I go for FP?

Guys,

I wanted to confirm about I-485 filing process. I am getting married in Dec/02 and have just received FP notice for 15 Nov (ND 01 Sep/02 ). Should I delay my FP or after going for my FP also I would still be able to apply for my spouse's I-485 in Dec/Jan. She would be coming to US on H4 in late Dec/02.

I was told that I can always file my wife's I-485 as long as my I-485 doesn't get approved before my marriage. Please clarify on this . Any help is appreciated !!

There is a specific time frame in which you need to complete your fingerprints. Failure to do so may result in denial of your I-485.

Consult an immigration attorney regarding adding your spouses name.
