Hi,

I am a bit late in posting.

Both my husband and I, received our plastic GC on Dec 7th. We had stamped our PP at Newark on Sept 5th. Actually we would have received it by 5th Dec..but since we had moved the USPS forwarding service took a couple of more days.

SO I beleive it takes appr 3 months for the plastic cards to arrive after the stamping is done.We did not ever contact the IIO or INS during our whole GC process. We let it take it own course..so we could be taken by surprise at every level of processing..and we were.We got our GCs in a time much less expected.

We received our Green Cards today, just 16 days after stamping at POE in El Paso, TX. No errors, looks cool. They came in plain white envelops.

Finally, our 8.5 years of immigration struggle is over.
