I recd my plastic card 10 days ago with an error in the place of birth. Spoke to my lawyer and she advised me to fill out I-90 and go back to the INS with it. I am from Northen Cal. (SF), but am not sure where I am supposed to go. Same place like FP, or the INS office that stamped the passport? Could anyone help on this.
