Recd letter from CSC-case is pending

Hi,

I am one of the unfortunate one with ND -8/00. Our FP done in Jan was lost by CSC. In response to the inquiry regarding the status of our case by the attorney, CSC has sent "me" a letter stating that my case is pending. Has anyone else received similar letter from CSC before? Please throw some light.
