Recd FP notice for PRIMARY :: ND 03/22/2004

Today I received the FP notice for my application. The notice was issued on 08/19/2004 and the FP is to be done on 09/15/2004. There is no update of this either on the 1-800 number or on the USCIS website. I did not receive any email also.

I dont know what is going on with the FP notice for my wife. I will check my mail for 2-3 days and if I do not get her FP notice, then I will call these guys and try to find out what is going on. The only thing that happened was there was a LUD on my 140 on 08/06/2004, but no update after that. I was expecting a RFE on 140.

By any chance, if I do not get FP notice for her, should I take her along with me??? Will they do her FP without notice?? Any suggestions .... :confused: :confused:
 
From what I have observed based on other posts they send you back if you don't have the notice. BTW what is your location dazzling as you seem to have got a month's notice whereas folks recently are getting as less as 12 days. Maybe it has do with the ASC. Some are more busy. Please mention.

Besd in Texas and the ASC is San Antonio. Company based in VSC jurisdiction .. so filed in VSC.

Some people had success doing that. Take her alongwith you. Also, take the 485 Receipt Notices and documents like DOB cert, marriage cert etc.
