checked today at ins and got message saying finger printing for myself,husband and daughter sent on 5th December. so i called the lawyer to figure out why we havent received the notice, she says that she received it in december for fingerprinting in Boston and i live in pittsburgh but the lawyer is in Boston. so she just sent it back and asked for fresh notice. what that the right thing for her to do. i had been calling her regulary in decemebr to check and she did not tell me she recd it. even called her 2 days back and she said youshould receive it soon. today she finally told me all this. what will be the impact of this. does that mean it would delay the processing by a couple of months.../ the lawyer insists taht it does not make a diffrence . Does anyone know why it could have been sent to boston in the first place. i just noticed i have a form I 181 with my application which has the header of jfk bldg. boston. any idea what that form is and why it says that address the lawyer is just messing up
