Recd an I-181 message on entering 485 WAC # on INS direct line???

Hi

On entering my I485 WAC #, I receive a message that "your I-181 -creation of lawful permanent resident record was recd. on Nov XX 2000. It is taking between 30-60 days to process this type of case". Does anybody know what this means and what is I-181?
