Friends,
I finally received 2nd FP notice scheduled for 7/8/03. Does anyone know if this means that case has been assigned or, at-least the files have been touched.

Mine was a CP case but filed for AOS.

Has anyone been able to prepone the FP at BCIS Dallas-North office ?

RD. Oct 25, 2001
ND. Dec 03, 2001
1st FP Feb 27, 2002
Address change /job change May 2002(after 180 days of RD), informed INS via AR-11 and VSC on the phone.
2nd FP : On 7/8/03
AD : :confused:
 
Difference between your RD & ND is too long (more than a month)

Have U completed 540 days? If so have U tried calling up local senator? U have nothing to lose by calling him up !!
