I have applied I-485 and following are my details...
EB3, PD 1/99, RD 10/99, ND 10/99
I want to move my application to EB2 and my employer is not willing to do that can I file for another GC( through another employer ) in EB2 and use my old PD, I don;t have copy of I-140 but have case number. Do I have to file for h1 to start a new GC ? Any help would be really appreciated.
