Could somebody please clarify this for me. I was previously issued 6 years of H-1B (three + three-year extension). I was advised to leave the country to work in Canada to save up the last 90 days of my H-1B. Now, as I'm ready to enter U.S. again, does my employer need to file the 90-day H-1B extension pertition, or do I just take my last H-1B approval notice (expiried in September 2005) to the interview?
The second idea sounds more logical, while the first one would work for people currently inside the country. Am I correct?
