rec\'d approval letter. Appt. tomorrow. Need urgent help!

Hello all, A friend of mine refered me to this site. I am EB3 PD 12/96 and I just rec\'d approval last week. I have an appt. tomorrow and I have the following questions:

1) Do I need the original copy of the I485 Approval letter when I go tomorrow to get my passport stamped? Or is the courtesy copy good enough?

If thats the case then my original copy is with the lawyer and I just have the courtesy copy that INS sent me.

2) All they have asked for is the following to be brought along:
   i)the approval notice
   ii)arrival/departure record
   iii) I-94
   iv) passport
   v) two ADIT style color photographs

Is\'nt (ii) & (iii) the same? Is this is it?

3) BTW do they call you in for a photo again inside the INS office?

At last the PP stamping was done. No hazzles at all. Got there at 7:40am, about 20people ahead of me. Doors opened at 8:00am, submitted courtesy copy around 8:20am. 20minutes later I was called at a counter, asked for 2 ADIT Photos, I94, Passport and EAD. The EAD was tossed into a collection bag, which is most likely destroyed. Signature and FP taken on an application form and together with the submitted documents, (except the passport) was put into a small paper bag and sealed with my A# on it. Passport was stamped and A# written on it along with stating that this was temporary permanent residence valid until 05/29/2002 and stated Employment Authorized. All this took about 5 minutes at the counter and I was done by 8:45am. Finally it was big relief, as it has taken a really long time for me because of a foolish lawyer that I got stuck with. The actual greed card supposedly takes anywhere bet\'n 6-12 mnths. Good luck all.
