Reassigned abroad after LC approval

Hi there,

I have justed received my LC from TX DOL. My company will be filing my I140 shortly. In the meantime I have received an offer (within the company) to go help one of our business units in the UK for six months (same job description). Can I take the assignement without loosing all the work done? Would my stay in the UK for six months impact my immigration status and my GC application?

No this should not effect your GC Processing untill your employer keeps you on the payroll.BTW when you applied for your LC from TX???

I think the company applied for me in April or May 2001 (RIR). We have just received the LC
