reasons for EB-3 denial by consul

after my I-140 petition is approved, what are the chances that i will still be denied the EB-3 visa by the consul, given that i have all the required documents? what are the most common reasons for denial of EB3 visas during consular processing for physical therapists?

Haven't heard of denial; but can be any of the followings:

Inadmissibility, violation of visa status in the past, apparent fraudulent intent, non-compliance with the labor certification, incomplete documentation (temporary denial till the required documentation is produced), possibility of being a public charge, serious medical (physical and/or mental helath) condition,....

I see 99% success,and we should think in positive.There was one guy Kumar230 whose visa was denied because of in-sufficient documents,and was asked get back financial report of his company for further processing.Otherthan him I haven't heard any no-body's visa getting denied (though refused on AC-140)so far in this forum.
