Hi Folks,
The inordinate delay in our I140 approvals is making us feel miserable and frustrated. However, this is the first weekend for a long long time where I'm feeling better and more hopeful by seeing the immigrationwatch data on I485 approvals (1261) for the period 1.24 to 2.22 by the NSC. Although, the info. on that website has been questionable, even with the margin of error, it is worth recognizing and appreciating as NSC has shot I485 approvals by 20% over the combined total (1054) of other three centers for the same period.
Knowing NSC workers inability to handle multi-task, for now, they seem to have energized and focused on I485 and if they turn their focus on I140 with the same enthusiasm, they can surely kick us all out of this forum in a short time. It is overtime to move to the next level.
Congrats in advance to the next 1200+ applicants (me included).
