Reason for travel in AP application

Hi All,

I want to apply for renewal of APs for self and family as the Attorney's costs are too high ( I already paid once). My question is to people who have applied APs themselves what did they fill for the question where it is asked what is the reason for travel or something to that effect.

Also do I have to send notarized copies of all documents e.g. marriage certificate etc afresh with the applciation.

Will appreciate responses.

They also ask for a separate letter explaining why we qualify for AP, what do we normally write there? Any samples?

The seperate letter could be like a cover letter that just lists out all your documents and the reason for the AP application.
