reason for FP2

Hi Friends,

My 2nd finger printing is scheduled on 5/18/2004. It is little over a month and I'm really getting frustrated b'cuase my colleagues who have applied with me (some of them after me) had there cases already approved.

I would like to go for an early FP in NY. I would like to comeup with a decent reason of doing early FP. Could you guys suggest me some realistic reasons?

Also guys my I-140 is approved in EB2 category, although I don't think I will qualify. Any reasons to be worried?

I understand your frustration

I think nowdays they don't entertain early 2nd FP with whatsoever reason you give, they will say if you have problem come back after a month or so.


Coming to u saying about frustration I think you are lucky enough to get 2nd FP call. As your I-485 date is Sept 2002.
There are still ppl from Feb 2002 , Mar 2002 and Apr 2002 ppl waiting for 2nd FP , Not to say anything about friends with RD in May and June 2002

So just be happy with what you have got. I know its frustrating and painful but seems like we have to bear. Just consdiedr yourself luckiest of the lot.

Also I have read that doing 2nd FP dearly really dioesnot help for faster approval
So just chill out and let the thing happen the way its is.
I am sure once your doen with 2nd FP you will get approved in 1 1/2 months to max 2 months time.

Any reason for me to be worried at this stage for EB2 question?

My I-140 is approved in EB2 category almost 15 months back.

Does it matter at the time of adjustment about this categories at all?

Any reason for me to be worried, as I doubt of being qualified?
