Reapply I-140 and I-485

If we want to re apply for I-140 and I-485 through same company what has to be done ? Since we wo'nt be having original labor certificate in hand how do we refer to original laboe thats with the USCIS already .

Confused....If you are saying you are filing 140/485 based on the same approved LC then you cannot do that....
