Reapply I-140/485??

I got RFE on I-140 and my employeer cannot support paper work, Bcoz I have moved from his company A to company B, I know if I don't response to my RFE in 60days my I-140/485 will be denied along with dependents??

A)Is this true..if I don't response to my RFE in 60days my I-140/485 will be denied along with dependents??,Will the dependents I-485 will also be denied??

B) Can I reapply for I-140/485 concurrently again after I join working for company A?? and once my I-140 is denied??

assuming that your are on H1B visa, that should be possible. if you are using EAD, moment your i-140 is denied, i-485 will be denied and you probably will be out of status. check with immigration lawyer to be on safer side.

Yes, both urs. and ur. family's 485 will be denied when 140 is denied. You can reapply 140 from the same company (A) provided the employer has not used the underlying labor for any other person.
