I got RFE on I-140 and my employeer cannot support paper work, Bcoz I have moved from his company A to company B, I know if I don't response to my RFE in 60days my I-140/485 will be denied along with dependents??

A)Is this true..if I don't response to my RFE in 60days my I-140/485 will be denied along with dependents??,Will the dependents I-485 will also be denied??

B) Can I reapply for I-140/485 concurrently again after I join working for company A?? and once my I-140 is denied??

1.Tecnhically yes .Your I140/I485 and also your dependents will be denied.

2. If your planning to Join company A again why can't your employer respond to the RFE NOW since you will be joining the company A any way..

what was the RFE about anyway .. If it is just about company financials then i don't see any reason why your employer wouldn't respond if your are planning to Joining Company A again.
 
If you are ready to Join back company A why do not ask them to respond. Any way you have 60 days time. Even if you respond at 59 th day it is ok. Denial means financial loss of hard earned money.
Moreover check what RFE says. It may not require company's assistance. Do not loose the hope so easily.
 
1)I am more concern with the reapply for I-140/485, If I reapply do I need original labor again or can I write a letter saying that my I-140 was denied and my original labor is with USCIS and referance the case of my old I-140??


2)..How long do you think it will take for me to get EAD, If I reapply the I-140/485. ??


3) As per the new law for the application Who have applied after May 2004 will be having faster processing then the people who has applied before May 2004 right??

4)If i reapply for I-140/485 again with referance to the old I-140, Will I get EAD in 90days time period??, and as per the new law my I-140 will be processed along with the I-485 right,so it may takes again 2 years for the I-140 to get RFE. but in the mean while I can use EAD again right??..Please advice??
 
I do not want to be rude, If I were you I would read previous messages posted in this informative forum. Spend few hours and probabally they all answers all your questions.

When you leave your sponsering compnay:

You can not transfer Labour sponsered your ex-employer to another employer
You can not transfer I140 sponsered by your ex-employer to another employer.
Forget I485 /GC

You are pretty much on square one.if you do not want to go back to your employer ,then ask new employer to file Labour.By the time you get labour there will be a new memo to give GC on the spot. ... just kidding
 
What I am saying is > I am currently working for Company B and My company A is processing my GC, I would like to work for company A again....I want to deny I-140 on purpose due to personal issue...and refile again with I-140/485...In this cases ..please let me know if you can advice in the following questions...please..
