Reapplication for h1 visa once finished for 6years?

My h1 visa expired in 2008 after having it for six years and before experation i acquired F1 visa for maintaining my status during my entire stay i was always in status inbetween my wife got H1 in last october 2009 so i applied for H4 and i got now i am offered a job can i again apply for H1? I never went out of USA.
 
You must be outside the US for a year and reapply through the quota in order to get any more time than what is remaining from your first 6 years. Your time in F1 does not count toward resetting your time.
