thank's

What kind of family case? Marriage to USC? Parent of USC? Is this consular processing or I-485? Is it a court appeal, or a Motion to Reopen?

Im a U.S. Citizen. And im filling a petiotion to my unmarried minor son and daugther to come over here. USCIS give and option to reopen this case to submitt birth certificate and marriage contract and signed G-325A of me and my wife. They even told me that if USCIS did not recieve any appeal after 30 days of the date of the letter then their decision will be final. meaning they will deny the petition permanently. And also when I reopen this I need to pay $110 dollars each person. I just want to know how much time it will take to process this after USCIS recieve all the document and the fee to reopen this case. They just ask me if i reopen this case i will need to submitt the folowing:

BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF MY KIDS
MARRIAGE CONTRACT
PROOF OF MY CITIZENSHIP
SIGNED FORM G-235A
FEE OF $110 DOLLARS EACH PERSON

Did they send you an actual denial notice, or was it just a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID)? If it was an actual denial notice, you were supposed to also include form I-290B with the fee.

If you submitted everything that was necessary (including a copy of the I-130 receipt or denial notice), the I-130 should be approved in the next couple of months. But that still leaves the immigrant visa paperwork and procedures at the consulate which may take another 2-3 months.

Since the issue is so important to do correctly, you should consider a consultation with an attorney to review your completed documents and your evidence to insure the submission is correct and complete.
