My RD 15 Jan 2000 and no FP as yet.
People between mid Oct 1999 to march 2000 havent got FP as yet.

My ND is 01/26/2000, PD 01/98 EB-2 India. Still no FP and still NOT worried. Infact I am more wooried about the snowstorm about to hit us this weekend and ruin plans for New years eve alcohol bash. I think things will start to pick up in 3-4 months so why worry until then. Enjoy the champaign for new year and dont drink and drive.

Folks out here are talking about VSC moving files to local INS. Is that true? Did anyone talk to IIO recently?

I spoke to my attorney. She does not know anything about it.

ND is Jan 26 2000.

No FP yet and I am thinking if its good to switch to Counsular processing by with drawing 485. There are rumors (don\'t know how much they are true) that VSC might transfer cases to local INS.
