Really need help

I went to local detroit INS office to get intrim EAD as my EAD renewal(more than 120 days) and I485(more than 400 days) is pending in CSC. My address mentioned on i 485 and EAD was same as now , i am working in michigan on the project assignment, as my company located in LA we had applied i485 and EAD from CSC. They said that they can't issue intirim EAD as the application for adjustament of status is pending in other center (not in NSC). I am helpless please anybody know whether can i able to get Intirim EAD in LA( Planning to go to LA to get intirim EAD).

I have H1B valid till august this year, I have used advance parole once. I don't know whether my H1 is still valid. If it is valid i don't care evenf my current ead is expired. please adivise..

I read on www.usvisanews.com...

if you have worked only for your H1 employer then even though you enter on AP your H1 could still be valid ( it all depends on the latest I-94 that you have ..if your last entry was on AP ..you can go to canada and come back and enter on your H1..get a I-94 with H1 status and then you are fine )
talk to a lawyer to be sure.

I have discussed this situation with my lawyer.
You can enter on AP and work on H-1 as long as you came back and keep working for the same company who sponsered your H-1. I hope this helps.

Go To LA -- Do not complicate your case

Once you use advance parole your H1 has no validity in records
it will show you are in AOS. You can not go to CANADA without
another advance parole.

Ask your company to give you a return flight ticket.
