I have two i40/485 with priority date 2002(sub labor) and dec 2004 (mine) and both are EB3. I am from India and NOT seeing any hope that there will be any visa for us.
My my wife is dentist (who is on EAD) own a Dental office from last three years and have four full time employee all these year, can she apply for green card ? If yes under what and how ? Offcourse I am ready to hire any attorney .... but before I do that I would like to hear your valuable suggestions.
Please help me out.
