REAL ID act - what/when?

hello all:
i found these two links online:

they both state that the REAL ID act will eliminate the asylee cap.i can't find out if and when this will be passed/take effect. i know that there is another thread on this issue but that one just creates confusion;it does not provide concrete information. would anyone in posession of clear information on this be so nice to share it in a concise manner. thanks

This link says it will be presented in Senate tomorrow or on Tuesday.

I am sorry. I guess I am doing something wrong. Please go to the thread " Real ID Act passed by the Senate". On the second page madasylee has posted this particular link, and it's working from there.
