Ready to submit OCI (Family) with Travisa,Washington ... Couple of Questions.

Q1. I've attached 1 of the required 2 photos on PART A for each applicant.
The remaining 1 photo is attached in a plastic bag with the documentation for the applicant(s) in the package for the Family. So in total 4 used on PART A / 4 free photos, in the pkg for the Family.

Is this correct .. OR .. do we need to send 2 additonal photos (not counting the one pasted on PART A)/per applicant . Pls advise ..

Q2. Since the documentation requires 2 Copies ... including PART A .
Is it acceptable to take photocopies of the Orginal PartA (with a photo pasted on) as a COPY OR.... should these copies have Valid Photos attached to each of them.
( Does anyone know if these Copies are send to the Consulate - OR - just used by Travisa for filing purposes.)

Pls advise.

Do this:
Whatever paperwork you have, make another copy of it. Put the paperwork in the Printer/Copy machine and press the Key, "1" It will give you a copy. Then you fill in the information with your hands. For the pictures:
You will paste 1 picture in the box of the original and 1 picture in the copy's box. Don't assume Travisa will paste your pictures for you if you send them separately in a plastic bag/envelope.
The copy itself should have a valid photo attached to them. They ask for a new photo. Not a copy of the photo page.
