- 2 sets of photographss for self & spouse each with name and A # on the
back written in pencil
- 2 checks for Department of Homeland Security for USD 675 each
- Copy of Greencard front and back
- Mailing this to
USCIS Lockbox Facility

P.O. Box 299026
Lewisville, TX 75029
This is employment based and not marriage based so not sending any marriage certificate

Please advise if I am missing anything.

Is it a good idea to mail applications together or separately?

what state/DO u r in ? make sure u r sending to right Lockbox...

Make 2 separate bundles (clearly segregated) and then put it in the same envelope to mail. This will increase your chances of getting scheduled together for all events.

We followed this approach and got the same date and time for our FP, Interview as well as our Oaths.
