I think we are pretty much ready to mail in the forms - I130, 485, 765, 131. I live in MA (working on an L1 visa), and my husband is in CA (USC). We were married a few months ago - we are hoping that I will be able to move after receiving the EAD (and we can finally start living together ... and not on opposite coasts!).
On I130, question #22 asks which service center I'd file the adjustment of status application at. Should I say Vermont now and change it to CA after I get the EAD and move to CA? I would have to change my address during this process anyhow. Or should I put this down as the CSC right away while we are filing the form now?
