I just file DS-230 part I to NVC. Can some one tell me when to file I-134? Should I attach it with DS-230 Part I? When should I file for my spouse? I am emploment base....

You will need completed and notariezed I-134 form when you go for the CP interview. You don't need to file I-134 with packet 3.
