Re. Validation Error (USCIS Status Check)

My I-140 was filed in Jan. 04, and I was always able to check its status in the past. I filed my I-485, mid-June 04. (I since received my EAD/AP, and am also thru with FP)
Now, I am not able to check for status of my I-140. Has anyone had such an experience - where a Petition abruptly disappeared off USCIS' tracking system?

I read a post that suggested that there was likelihood of early approval - if such a msg. was encountered. Is that anyone's experience?

it happens at times that USCIS system experiences trouble, and trying after a few days returns the status

I had the same problem yesterday but when I went back today the previous messages are shown again. NO CHANGE
