Re-use of LC Approval after I140 Denial

Hi,

My labor certification was approved in early 2001 by my I-140 was denied because INS objected to the financial health of the company and its ability to pay salaries. My company was in bankruptcy at the time.

My company has since come out of bankruptcy and has sound financial health. Can I file another I-140 using the previously approved Labor Certification?
 
Yes the company can again file I-140 if the financial health has improved
why only I-140? you can now file for I-140 and I-485 at same time, hire good lawyer who should document the good condition of company
