I have a question. Please advise me.
Right now I am on H1 with company A, last week I went to Canada for
H1 multiple stamping. In December I am going to India to get married
to a girl who is already on H1.
My question is if I change the company,do I need to still have re-stamping done or just an I-797 copy of new company is enough to enter into the US at the port of entry, on my return.
