Here\'s my situation. I was on H4 and offered a job by X. X filed H1 and after getting the approval in Oct\'2000, did not put me in project or paid me. After 3 month wait I got offer from Y and they transferred the H1 and I joined them in Jan\'01 as soon as the H1 transfer case was recived by INS. I want to go to Canada to get my passport re-stamped (h4 to H1). Will not working with X cause any problem? Which approval notice shd I produce, the one from X or Y or both?
