RE: RFE Responded via Fedex Today

My attorney has replied to the RFE as received on August 30th today i.e. 10/01/2004 and the USCIS will have it hopefully by Monday. I am also done with my 2nd FP some time last month, folks please advice what would be the time frame going forward.

The Rfe was in ref to birth certificate, my name was not listed on the one that I had submitted initially.

Usually it takes 3-4 weeks to get response for the RFE.

btw, Did you submit any affidavit for the BC? or just a new/fresh copy of Birth Certificate?

I submitted a fresh birth certificate, I had my folks issued 2 originals and to be on the safe side submitted one orginal copy so as no more doubts.
