Heard last night that my case was issued RFE. I am really upset. Don't know when the RFE will come, no idea what it wants and most of all, I don't know after I sent it back, how long will it take to get approved.

Why luck is always not on my side?

Dont worry about RFE it should be very simple. once it reaches ur reply to INS and it will be approved within 3 weeks.. mine approved within three weeks. They have asked me 6 months paystubs, w-2 forms of 2001, employmet letter, H1 approvals. thats all..

Just curious.... why has INS asked for 6 months paystub.. I have been reading messages on this board for a long time and usually people get RFes for 2-3 months paystub. Did you change jobs etc?

No, I did't change job and I have been working with the same company from 99 , I dont know why did they ask 6 months paystubs but u know, the RFE is varies from one person to other.

My RFE received by Vermont center on aug 26th and approved on sep 12th.
