I am awaiting my 485 application to be approved, however have been seeing in this forum the dosuments that one needs to carry for PP stamping, and every where it is mentioned that you need to surrender you Advance Parole.
However in my case I had never applied for Advance Parole as I have a valid h1B Visa Stamp ( 7th Year ) on my pasport, Do you folks feel i could be questioned for not having applied for AP.
Please do advise.
