I got a fingerprint notice for the second time for myself and my wife after i replied for my RFE..I have a schuedeled date and time for my appointment..I was surprised to see this notice in my mail yesterday as my last figerprints were done feb 2001..Now my question is can i go for the fingerprinting any day like a saturday before the date schuedeled or no..My INS office is in philly..anyone in the same boat please share your experiences.Thanks for ur time..

Hi Gcsep10,

I am in the similar boat as ur . I'm also in philly. My case got transfered to the local INS office in philly. I have received a notice from the local office for my finger prints to be retaken. My scheduled date to bet Feb 12th & Feb 19th.

But we'r planning to go & give it by this weekend(Saturday). Because we did the same for the 1st FP also. We gave that in Virginia. We just wanna give a try & give it this weekend itself, coz we feel that as fast as we give our FP our case will be taken soon. So letz try.
