I am in the process of applying for the Canadian PR from USA. Is there any specific documentation needed to prove your language skills. I already have a Ph. D. from USA.

Any input would be appreciated.

If you have PHD from an American University, you should be ok. No need to send any proof. If they need anything, they will ask you. But since you hold an American degree, you should be fine.
