My husband needs to talk to an immigration officer at the 800 number, but everytime he calls he gets a recording. I cant call cause i am overseas, so how can he talk to a real person?

He needs to call (800)375-5283 and then press the following numbers:
1,2,6,2,4 one by one after listening the recordings in between. He'll get the operator, only there may be a waiting time for up to 45 min. It is better to call at the end of the working day (5:30 to 6:00 P.M.).
