I was informed by the UCIS call center that they have mailed
a NOF for my I131 application and Intend to Deny for my wife's AP application.

Both letters are mailed to the attorney who is out on vacation till the mid of the month.

DOes anyone have any idea why the Intend to Deny is sent for AP cases ?

Thanks in Advance

Sorry to hear that

You have to wait to receive the letter to find out the reason why you got the NOD. Without the letter and the reason we can hardly speculate.

I hope it will be something minor that can be fixed.

I got the same couple weeks ago. the reason is that I did not provide the copy of my husband's I140 approval notice. our lawyer said that it happens some time when they cannot locate your file. We have mailed back the request item and hopefully I will get my AP soon.
